1/13/2020	I spoke with the new mayor of Evansdale, Mayor Beatty. We discussed the last inspection, conditions at the plant, and process of changing the plan to contruct a new wastewater facility. He questioned how they could re-rate the city under 1 MGD discharge. I sent him an email with NPDES permit, compliance schedule, flow data back to 9/2017, and last inspection report. I recommended he contact WW Engineering section to determine the feasibility and the process to look at connecting to the City of Waterloo WWTP.	BRETT MEYERS
