1/9/2020	Heather stated that last week their DO probe was malfunctioning and therefore there three BOD samples from last week are off. I recommended that they make a comment in the MOR box what happened and just leave the data off the MOR as she did not believe it was representative. Heather stated they had a DO probe already ordered and on the way. She asked if they would be considered three violations and I stated we would not consider the issue a violation unless it became a regular occurrence.	CARL BERG
