1/8/2020	Walz recently reached a settlement with Keith Kellogg and Jon Hamman. Both will no longer be involved in Walz Energy. Discussed land application of middle basin with higher NH3-N. Lower pond with < 1ppm NH3-N can be slowly released as long as monitoring for NH3-N and turbidity occur. Food storage basins are pumped into the existing cattle manure storage. Plans are continuing to develop site as a digester. Silage is being sold and removed.	TOM MCCARTHY
