1/6/2021 justin@proageng.com Fri, Nov 13, 2020, 5:48 PM to me Sorry Wendy. I tried to get in touch by phone this week, but I didn’t catch you. Concrete work was NOT done on the Hawthorne site. Mr. Venner is dropping below 300 head and wants to reconsider his options. On the Granite site, the second barn is nearly complete, just for your information. I will try to give you call again next week. Thank you, Justin Sprague, P.E. ProAg Engineering WENDY WITTROCK
3/16/2020 Update: phone call from Justin Sprague with Pro Ag Engineering regarding the status of Mr. Venner's new barn. Pro Ag is designing a 10% open roof barn for Mr. Venner to accommodate 300 cattle. Design is near completion and Mr. Sprague is hoping for June construction. In the interim, Mr. Venner is monitoring any release from the current open lot pens to ensure no impact to the nearby waters. WENDY WITTROCK
1/6/2020 Justin Sprague with Pro Ag Engineering called to notify FO4 that he was working with Mr. Venner on some designs for total containment barns at the home place located at 17671 Hawthorne Ave. Mr. Venner has done some additional dirt work (berms) at the site to control the discharge waters from his solid settling area. He had planned to concrete several of the lot pens but the weather did not support the work being completed. Mr. Sprague will keep FO4 informed of developments in designs. WENDY WITTROCK
