12/24/2019	Neighbor called to ask about surface application of manure. They described the location as this facility. I explained it is allowable as long as there is no snow cover currently and separation distances are followed. Caller didn't think there was a distance issue but was concerned about their well. I explained there is a distance to wells also but that doesn't necessarily affect what may reach the aquifer. I recommended they have the well tested by the county, which they do already.
