11/27/2019	During my recent ADP inspection of this facility, Mark Thayer and Renee VanZweden inquired about becoming a CRT recycling facility as well instead of just a registered CRT collection point. When I got back to the office I looked up the regulations and discussed it with David Miller (FO2 DNR). I found a CRT recycling application form on the DNR website and emailed it to Mark and Renee along with a copy of the regulations, chapter 567 IAC 122. I also included Sue Johnson's contact information and directed them to ask her any permit application questions.	GRADY KRAGENBRING
