11/27/2019	Steinke contacted FO6 and reported that flood/seep water rises have affected safety of employees and semi-truck traffic at The Bayer Plant and was providing notification that pumping would begin at the outfall line they would be initiating monitoring of permitted herbicides at Outfall 001 per the Flood Plan once direct pumping to the outfall is initiated. The water will be sampled daily to determine allowable pumping rates. Once water levels return to normal, they would resume normal operations.	TERRY JONES
