11/4/2019	Ed called today regarding my letter from their complaint last month. He wanted to go over the cover rules so we discussed soil, tarp, and spray cover. He also had questions about odor drainage, and noise and I told him we do not have regulatory authority over those items. I did tell him that the facility indicated they are covering JBS waste with soil in an attempt to reduce odor. He wanted to know the separation distance requirements from waste and I told him I would look that up and let them know.	BRIAN LEE
