11/4/2019	Called with questions on Essentia. Donald stated that several locates have been called in around the city's well fields. He thinks that Essentia is going to be burying underground piping to some of their application fields. I verified with Julie Faas and Thabit Hamoud, DNR Permitting and Engineering, and permits are not required for this work. I also advised Donald that the fields in the Essentia land application permit do not include the fields were the city's well fields are located.	ALISON MANZ
