10/16/2019	Cody had questions about collecting the repeat samples after a positive bacterial sample. His main concern was that they were not 100% sure the upstream/downstream locations were indeed up or downstream. I said that was fine as long as they sample at the spots they had identified in their plan and it is still representative of any potential contamination to that point. He said it should be and will collect the samples and send to lab tomorrow.	DANIEL WATTERSON
