10/14/2019	Regarding landfill leachate, Bryan (with Klinger) submitted some preliminary info. The City continues to make progress, but are now looking at a discharging system with an NPDES ww permit. No set plans yet. Facility continues to work with Matt Graesch in SW section and with Eric/Wendy in NPDES ww section.	BRIAN LEE
