10/11/2019	Nancy emailed and asked why the check for the MMP update hadn't been cashed yet. I sent her this email: Rhonda has been out of the office. However, it looks like she issued a NOV dated August 16, 2019 to Nick Melby. Becky Sexton was cc'd on the letter as well. The plan and fees should have been submitted by September 1, 2019. I looked and don't see where we have received anything yet for this site. Had we tracked this site and found that the September 1st date wasn't met, a referral would have occurred. Please submit the short form and fees no later than next Friday, October 18th to avoid this matter being referred. She responded with: Alison/Rhonda, I just talked to Nick and he thought he had sent it. I had talked to him a month ago and he said it had it signed and was going to drop it in the mail. He is going to check the paperwork in his office again today otherwise will resubmit a new copy. Also, Twin Lakes is not a contact for this site anymore since it got sold to Nick. So you can remove them as a contact there. Thanks!	ALISON MANZ
