10/8/2019	Brice called about doing the MMP for the site. He was curious if he should account for the closed nursery barns in the total capacity for the site. I explained, it would be acceptable if they did not include the nursery since it was clear they would not be used again and have been closed for years. He said usually he advises producers to list the highest capacity just in case they ever get more hogs in. I agreed that is fine but cautioned him that any max capacity number would be considered in any penalty calculation. He would consider this and work with the Arndorfers on developing the plan shortly.	DANIEL WATTERSON
