9/20/2019	Tim called to report that the facility would be shutting down that day and would be closed until at least January, 2020, or potentially longer. Tim asked what he needed to do about his water supply permit and monitoring requirements. I advised he talk to Marie to see if the permit could be inactivated but not closed out. I also explained we would need something in writing to place in the file. No MORs will be expected while the site is inactive.	DAVID KNOLL
