8/27/2019 Ed Brinton from MMS called again regarding Sleepy Hollow. He called Ben Stracuzzi (FO6 ES) last week and Ed said he'd call back this week. The owners of Sleepy Hollow are apparently hung up on installing septic tanks ahead of their lagoon to meet ammonia limits. They apparently claim we said that they need to install tanks to be in compliance (or that we said something very similar). I told Ed that I know we had a meeting with Gingerich's last year (Sept 2018- Kacer, Jones, and Lee) to go over permit and facility info. I believe we discussed septic tanks, but not as an end all/total compliance installation (and I know we wouldnt do that anyways). Ed/MMS cant get the owners to proceed with anything else. He wants to have us clarify what is needed. I suggested we send a letter, Ed wants a meeting. Ed may call in the next week or so to clarify what we can/need to do to clear up any miscommunication.
