8/8/2019	Melisa called to explain their Grade A operator was out on medical leave and not expected back soon. They have another person ready to take the Grade A test so she wasn't sure who should sign the MOR. I said to leave the signature blank and put a note in the comments for the situation. I advised her to have the trainee call in to get a test scheduled as it will likely be several weeks out. I also corrected her and said the MOR is due by the 10th of the month, so she will send it in shortly.	DANIEL WATTERSON
