8/8/2019	Steinke notified the department on 4/29/2019 that due to flood conditions on the Mississippi River, Bayer Monsanto enacted their flood management plan. On 8/7/2019, he notified FO#6 that the river/seep water has dropped to manageable levels and that Bayer Monsanto has returned to normal operations and discontinued implementation of their flood management plan.
