11/16/2009	I called Rebecca to ask her about her phone conversation with Steve Allgood, as i'd heard they spoke, regarding odor. Apparently he was verbally abusive to her and her staff. We've spoken to him over the years and we get the same extreme/rash comments and unfavorable verbal trashing. He claims we ought to do more, but in reality our reg's don't allow us to do much regarding regulation odor.	KURT LEVETZOW
