8/2/2019	On 7/30/19, I contacted Eric Cherko via telephone and advised him that I had reviewed the sample data that he submitted by email and that it would be acceptable to spread the silt deposited in the infiltration pond during recent flooding at the Sapp Bros wastewater facility on farm ground as flood-deposited sediment. Mr. Cherko indicated that, due to wet conditions, the silt would not be removed until the end of the following week.	DAN OLSON
