7/11/2019 Sapp Bros WW Operator Eric Cherko called FO4 at 1529 on 7/11/2019. Eric stated that he had sent sludge and water samples from the infiltration pond to Keystone Lab. He indicated that, while there is some silt buildup where water ran in, most of the pond was still > 5 feet deep so he doesn't believe that they will have to remove too much silt. We agreed that, barring any surprises from the samples, the water and silt in the pond could be managed as flood water and flood deposited silt until the valve from the aerated lagoon is opened. Eric also asked about repairing erosion on the berm of the aerated lagoon where people had driven on it. I indicated that any work involving the liner or that was structural in nature should have prior approval but that the berms can be maintained as needed. He also asked about cleaning up some trees and a low area that had settled at the southeast corner of the pond. I stated that the facility can be maintained as long the berm is not raised above the original height. DAN OLSON
