6/25/2019	Gary called to tell us that the pad flooded this weekend due to a plugged drain. No bypass occurred. Compost is wet again after about 6 inches of rain in the last week. Additional streams of waste have been redirected until further notice. Capacity is sufficient in the lagoon as about 4 mgd was land applied in the last month. He said the windrower is getting fixed and that some windrows have been created, but long way to go. Additional finished material is being hauled out as feasible.	BRIAN LEE
