5/31/2019	Welter stated the city has jetted anc clears leachate collection lines and system is flowing better. Still have some lines to evaluated and city crews will be on-site again today and continue jetting activities. Welter clarified there was not a line break, just plugging with sediment that likely wahed through the collection screening over time. They will be evaluating options to prevent similar conditions moving forward. This pertains to the WW bypass reported a few days ago.	TERRY JONES
