5/30/2019	Gary Chamness notified FO#6 this morning that he had completed bypassing activities and should have ample room for the forseeable future.	TERRY JONES
5/30/2019	Gary Chamness visited our office on May 28, 2019 and met with Deb Quade, Brian Lee, and myself. Mr. Chamness stated heavy rains of the past two weeks has caused the lagoons at the Chamness site to fill and he has been unable to land apply material because of wet conditions. Lagoons are now to a point of nearly overtopping and there is concern of severe damage to the system if that were to occur. He was requested permission to discharge (i.e. bypass) from the center (final) cell to make room for the additional rain forecasted for the area. Refer to the attached letter detailing the department's response.	TERRY JONES
