5/22/2019 In response to an email from ESS Keith Wilken, I left a voice message for Jared Reorda at Sapp Bros Travel Center (402/266-1457) at 9:28 am on 5/22/2019 asking for a return call. I attempted to reach Mr. Reorda again 10:08 am but did not leave a second message. Mr. Reorda returned my call at 10:36 am. We spoke for 5 minutes 54 seconds ending at 10:41 am. He indicated that Sapp Bros plans to reopen the Percival Travel Center on Friday (5/24/2019), with restrooms provided in a portable trailer that will be serviced every 4 days, that there will be 1 hand-washing sink in the building for employees, that they hope to have the restrooms in the building in service by mid-June, and that they hope to open the kitchen on July 1st. I asked that he keep DNR up-to-date and that he also communicate regularly with Eric Cherko, the certified wastewater operator who runs the wastewater system for Sapp Bros. DAN OLSON
