5/21/2019 Sapp Bros WW Operator Eric Cherko called FO4 on 5/21/2019. Eric reported that power had been restored to the Sapp Bros lagoon aerators, that the lagoon was approximately 1/2 full, and that the on-site pond that to which the 3 cell aerated lagoon normally discharges had filled in with silt. Mr. Cherko felt that the lagoon would be able to hold the flow from the businesses until the silt could be removed from the pond and asked if he could allow the local businesses to turn on their grinder pumps and send wastewater to the lagoon. I indicated that it would be acceptable to turn on the grinder pumps. DAN OLSON
