5/17/2019 At approximately 13:28 on 4/23/2019, I contacted Eric Cherko at 402/681-5622 to inquire about the status of the wastewater facility at Sapp Brothers at Percival. We spoke for approximately 9 minutes ending at 13:28. Mr. Cherko stated that: 1. The flood water did not overtop the berms of the wastewater lagoon. 2. The grinder pumps were all still shut off. 3. The flood water was rising again. 4. The "saturation pond" had silted in. 5. There were plans to restore the "saturation pond" before the flood occurred. 6. There is a small amount of sloughing that occurred on the outside face of the lagoon berms. DAN OLSON
