5/17/2019 Keaton called to ask questions regarding their permit. He had not received inspection report yet, but I told him he should receive it in the next couple business days. He asked about disinfection and I conveyed that the facility must demonstrate that disinfection is taking place. We also discussed compliance with the runoff control plan and runoff control structures. He indicated a plan will be approved and that earthwork is planned. He proposed that the areas of the field with compliant controls be utilized and I told him that will work. I informed him he can outlined the land application in the a plan of action to me via email.
