5/16/2019	Gary Chamness and Doug MacCrea (owner & manager for Chamness) visited FO6 to go over the NOV issued in April and to present a general plan of action. Susan Johnson (DNR SW Central Office) joined in via phone. Per Doug and Gary, compost rows will be structured again soon. Composted overs may be moved off the pad to be screened to allow for more pad room. The incoming waste stream policies and agreements will be reviewed to be able to make sure the agreed product is coming in under the specified conditions. A formal, written plan will be submitted. We told them FO6 staff will conduct a follow up visit.	BRIAN LEE
