5/9/2019	Call from Mr. Gross in response to my email requesting information regarding the new site that Sapp Brothers will be using to land apply their contaminated DEF solution (urea solution contaminated with flood water). He stated that he has not been involved since the secondary site was chosen but that he will make sure they get the information to me. Mr. Gross stated that the project was delayed because the river came up again recently.	JERRY JORDISON
