4/26/2019	Conference call with REI, ISG, Larry Bryant, and myself to discuss the discoloration of their effluent and how to go about finding a solution to this problem. The discharge is on-going and they have not observed any marked improvement with the use of the Waste Away product. Waste Away was added in a shock treatment dosage initially and another 5 gallons was used each week for the first month. They now plan to investigate the bacteria further to determine the exact strains and then figure out how best to combat it. The DO in the lagoons remains high and it's unlikely that they have any anaerobic pockets present. Other sampling results appear good and there are no apparent health effects or other negative impacts other than the objectionable color. They are hopeful that an increase in temperature will naturally resolve this issue. They will submit a plan of action to me by 5/15/19.	SHEILA KENNY
