4/23/2019	Abe called and stated that Kenny will be eliminating a portion of the open lot footprint and planting corn. Also, Kenny will be using the existing concrete apron and place a three sided shed on top of it. I advised as long as it's not a confinement and there aren't any modifications to the actual manure controls that a permit is not required.	ALISON MANZ
