4/12/2019	Gene received an email from a local resident in Harlan about the odor: Hi Gene, it’s that time of year and the calls have started already about the Proliant smell. Have you gotten any complaints? I was going to call the new wastewater manger, I think his name was Chase. I don’t know what else to do. What do you think? Terri His response was sent to the DNR: We have had a few complaints since middle of last week. Today with the strong winds out of the east it has been the worst. I did reach out to Alison Manz/DNR last week (I’ve included on this e-mail as well). They had already been in contact with Essentia and there have been no changes to operations or upsets. It may be attributable to the lagoons turning over with temperature change. We should continue to monitor the situation.	ALISON MANZ
