4/4/2019	Called and stated that the city is beginning to receive several phone calls about the odor in town. We has also received a couple anonymous calls. I emailed Chance Goddard, Essentia WW Operator: We are starting to receive phone calls about the odor at Essentia. The city has also contacted the DNR. It's that time of year when many of our lagoons/basins turn over due to the weather. However, can you please verify whether or not there have been any upsets or changes in production? His response: Thanks for letting us know! At this time no operational changes or upsets have taken place at the plant and as far as I can tell the odor is due to regular turn over. The people in town that I’ve talked to have mentioned the odor but noted that it isn’t as bad as last year.	ALISON MANZ
