The facility plans to continue to land apply domestic wastewater treatment plant sludge and is preparing the 5 year plan for compliance with Chapter 67. We will provide a status update to DNR once the plan is complete. Whirlpool understands that sludge land application can not continue until our plan is complete and we ensure compliance with Chapter 67.
