3/22/2019 Kyle submitted the revised TOC page. Turns out the CFE entry was not one of the 15 minute readings, but was the high of every reading for the day. I explained to him that in order to determine compliance for the 95% of readings needing to be less than 0.3 NTU rule, only consider the 15 minute readings when reporting turbidity higher than 0.3 NTU. They will have to do some programming for this. I did not require a revision for this portion of the MOR after we talked. JANET GASTINEAU
3/22/2019 FO5 WS MOR, DNR <[email protected]> (sent by [email protected]) Attachments Mon, Mar 11, 9:01 AM (11 days ago) to Kyle The TOC removal ratio for February for the Saylorville WTP should be 1 since the raw water TOC was <2.0 mg/L. ACC #2 is adequate. Please send a revision for this page. Also, on the 27th at the SWTP there should be some fraction of an hour reported and the number of readings for the level that was >0.30 NTU. Technically, it's not over 0.30 NTU until it's greater than 0.349 (due to sig. figures), but most operators just include anything over 0.3 NTU and since you already acknowledged it by submitting the trend, please submit a revision for that basic information page.
