3/21/2019	Brian called to inquire about the facility lagoon that is near full due to recent rain. He specifically asked about discharge (after testing) of the wastewater (WW) since Red Oak, Omaha & Council Bluffs POTWs were unable to accept it. He was uncertain about taking it to another POTW due to agreements per the permit. After discussion with SW staff, I contacted Brian and advised they look for another POTW to treat the WW; discharge is not an option. They can recirculate the WW until arrangements are made. I also spoke with Bob Glebs. I told them I would document my comments.	HOLLY VANDEMARK
