3/15/2019	Mark called in to inform us a terrace west of the facility broke loose and let a flood of water flow into the concrete basin and over flow it. The snow around the edge of the 18" rim allowed the water in. The basin flooded and began to overflow. The basin was empty until 2 weeks ago and since then there have been 1000 head of pigs on site. it is unknown if any of the overflow reached the creek. There would be minimal discharge with little manure leaving the basin from the flooding due to the little amount of manure present in the basin.	DOYLE MCKEEVER
