3/13/2019	Mr. Bruning contacted FO4 to notify that the stormwater was backing up into the area around his SOFEB. Mr. Bruning stated that the tube thru the road was plugged backing all the stormwater discharge up onto his property. Mr. Bruning normally pumps wastewater across the road to land apply. Mr. Bruning was pumping effluent to a field behind his house that did not flow or did not have any tile inlets to keep it from overflowing and co-mingling with stormwater that wasn't moving. He will contact the State to help unplug the pipe to help control the stormwater flow. He will update us with further events.	WENDY WITTROCK
