3/11/2019	Ms. McDonald called and asked if there was a prohibition against temporarily staging (same day) a waste-filled trailer on the footprint of the landfill. I said no problem, but to check back if they wanted to stage it overnight; there might be something in Chapter 567 IAC 106 that speaks to that. She said they weren't going to do that.	DAVID MILLER
