It contained none of the required daily residual monitoring information, just the quantity used. If you have the missing data, please resubmit. I also recently completed a review of the July to December 2018 MORs for timeliness and found that one was received on the 11th and one on the 13th. Please ensure the MORs are submitted by the 10th each month.	DAVID KNOLL
