When you have time after you return from your mission trip, Janet and I would be available to meet with you again to give you more feedback on our state-wide position at this time and to go over a few turbidimeter settings/tips that may help you. We are also continuing to learn and educate ourselves with equipment capabilities, etc. and researching how other states handle these situations. I have also attached a word document that identifies the federal rules concerning CFE not exceeding 1 NTU at any time and the associated federal Public Notice rules.	JANET GASTINEAU
