1/25/2019	Darrin called regarding a monitoring violation letter he received for nitrate sampling. Darrin explained they had conducted the monitoring and submitted the sample to MET laboratory. They then received a letter explaining the lab was under review and the sample may be invalid. I reviewed the letter and it stated those that had used the lab would not be considered to be in violation and they would receive further guidance. Darrin explained he received no further information prior to receiving the violation. I agreed this seemed contrary to the letter that was sent, and recommended he contacted Marie or Becky for clarification.	DAVID KNOLL
