1/18/2019	1/17/2019 1620: Called and spoke with John Avesing regarding a late MOR for the six month period ending December 2018. I informed him that the August 2018 MOR was received September 13, 2018. I also informed him that this was a courtesy call just to remind him that the water supply MORs must be received in the field office by the 10th of the following month. Mr. Avesing indicated that the MOR was sent out prior to the tenth. I mentioned that they should be received by the 10th and suggested that he try the electronic reporting for MORs and said I can send him the form and the instructions. He asked that I send him the information.	JON RYK
