1/17/2019	In reference to complaint no. 26398, I received this email: Attached you will find photographs documenting remediation of the areas noted on your visit 1/15/19 at the Essentia Proteins, Harlan IA site. During your visit 3 problem areas were noted and each were resolved as of 1/16/19. The 2 areas where the tractor and equipment turned around in the setback space at the southern edge of site 10 have been incorporated. Water was seen collecting and freezing between two hill peaks and potentially posed a risk if it were to travel downhill to a stream at the north end of site 10. This was also incorporated into the soil. Finally, water was also collecting in the upper portion of a terrace on the far west side of site 10. The tractor made several passes over this area and incorporated the water into the soil. This noted area has been remedied as well. After discussing this with you via phone today it seems these were the only areas of remediation required at this time	ALISON MANZ
