1/17/2019	After I sent the below email, I was told that the Notice of Discontinuation has been completed. I see that the storm water permit coverage was renewed in September 2018. It looks like the authorization (no. 10179-9982) was originally received in 2005 for the construction of the manure controls. Please let me know if you are constructing again. Otherwise, storm water general permit 2 is the permit you originally received coverage for and the one that you continue to renew. This is for construction only. After construction and the site is considered stabilized you no longer need coverage nor do you need to continue paying for the permit coverage. Attached is a Notice of Discontinuation. Please fill this out and submit it to the listed address so that you don't have to pay this fee anymore.	ALISON MANZ
