1/8/2019	Dwayne called to follow-up on the status of changing the outlet of the newest barn's perimeter drain tile. He said due to a broken shallow clay tile and the above normal precipitation in 2018, the area is currently under water so they haven't been able to work. He said the plan is to repair the clay tile and get drainage moving again, then route the barn tile outlet to the NW where it can daylight to surface. I agreed this was reasonable and to let me know when it is finished. He was hoping recent warm weather will allow an opportunity for the work to be done before spring.	DANIEL WATTERSON
