It still looks applicable to TP07/DS952. Please find a way to get this into the permit: 1. The sampling must be done according to a sampling plan approved by the field office and based on field data that helped determine the best locations for the monitoring. 2. The system must have a customized alert and action level plan for responding to varying levels of disinfectant residuals and free ammonia. 3. The quarterly certified lab nitrite sample must be split with the monthly self-monitoring sample to confirm accuracy. Immediate notification to the field office would be required for any nitrite result above the MCL of 1.0 mg/L. They do have a TCR and DBPR site in 952. As far as CFE comments go, they do continuous monitoring with recording every 15 minutes and the location are: McMullen: suction side of HSP Fleur: effluent end of clearwell Saylorville: suction side of HSP They wish to pursue 4-log at Army Post ASR.
