12/17/2018	Rich is planning to demolish the buildings and fill in the earthen basin on this site. He then plans to build a new 2499 head finisher on the site. Someone from the county had told him that since he had an existing site and he was decreasing AU he could go ahead and do this without any paperwork or permits from the DNR. I told him that is incorrect. I explained that he need to get an asbestos inspection done on the existing buildings prior to demolition, he needs to pump and clean solids and have DNR inspect the basin before filling it in. I then told him what paperwork, CDS and new MMP, will be required before he builds new. He asked who can do all these things. I told him I could get him a list of contractors that can do the asbestos inspection and he should be able to get his current consultant, Advanced Crop Management, to take care of the paperwork required by the DNR for the new building. He said he would check with Advanced Crop Management for all these things and contact DNR when he gets the basin cleaned out.	DAN BRATRUD
