12/6/2018	Andy is going to be applying 200A manure from Bill Couser's site near a church (between Zearing and Colo). Bill took Master Matrix points for 200 feet from a church but since this manure is 200a and sold to Andy, it is not subject to Bill's Master Matrix permit, but they indicated that they will stay 200 feet away.
