11/29/2018	Because of the large October rains, the new landfill cell took on a lot of water. It is not high in contaminants, but it does have a hydrogen sulfide smell from the drywall. The landfill would like to increase the discharge to the city of Adel sewer from 12,000 gpd to 24,000 gpd until the end of the year to get rid of this excess. Kip Overton with Adel is okay with that increase. I consulted Tom Atkinson, FO5 wastewater specialist and he had no problem with it. I told Cindy we would accept this and that she should send an email to document this agreement.	BILL GROSS
